SALON POLICY
CONFIRMATION TEXT
We offer an SMS reminder service 48 hours before your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm 'Y' for Yes or cancel with 'N' for No. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that you are responsible for remembering your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.
LATE POLICY
We will try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Clients will generally be allowed a 10-minute grace period. After that time we will reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.
GUESTS
Only clients with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. Please do not bring additional guests.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We have a zero-tolerance policy for non-inclusive behaviour and rude and inappropriate conduct in conversation towards our staff or any other individual in our space. If we identify any of these behaviours in our salon, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately.
